Minister's garden party

The minister gave small private parties. He never admited his preference for male to male sex… it was easy to cover it under his sadism, surprisingly more acceptable in the political VIPs circles.
Every now and then some “convicted” gay was brought to his private ranch from the prison and there the poor guy was sodomised, used and abused and in the end tortured to death, which was inspired by another passion of the minister - collecting art depicting martyrdom of saints.
